When it comes to designing a custom home, collaboration is essential. We work with you step by step to create a well-thought-out design that seamlessly complements your needs and perfectly balances your vision with functionality.
Clients are always excited when we stakeout their house on the the lot for the first time. This process allows us to really visualize how the house will sit and gives us time to make changes if necessary.
Once we put a shovel in the ground and construction officially kicks off. The hole construction process can last between
6 months to 1 year. Clients are welcome to come out and inspect the progress as often as they wish.
Our decorator will help you pick the finishing's, visit the various showrooms and design centers necessary to complete your dream home.
With every home we provide a blower door test when the home is completed.
So you can rest assured your home's air tightness and efficiency meets / exceeds the current standards.
